Routes are graded continuously for answer rate (ASR), call duration (ACD), post-dial delay (PDD) and CLI integrity. You can select premium, standard or value tiers per destination to match your quality and cost targets.
Every account is protected by automated traffic profiling, configurable spend caps, destination controls and anomaly detection that flags unusual patterns before they become costly.
Billing is usage-based and transparent, backed by real-time CDRs and dashboards for ASR, ACD, PDD and margin. Wholesale customers receive weekly rate decks so pricing is always clear.
Our SIP trunks are standards-based and work with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing (via a certified SBC) and any standards-compliant IP-PBX, SBC or UC platform.
