Onboarding
A structured, four-step sequence designed to get you live quickly without cutting corners on compliance or quality.
We agree rates, terms and traffic profile, then complete know-your-customer checks so your account is set up cleanly and compliantly.
SIP trunks, IP authentication and destination access are configured to match your platform, with spend caps and risk controls in place from the start.
We open test routes so you can validate audio quality, CLI integrity and KPIs against your own benchmarks before any production traffic flows.
Once you are satisfied, we ramp production traffic with monitoring active and a named contact on hand to tune routing as volumes grow.
Once commercials and KYC are agreed, SIP trunks and test routes can typically be provisioned the same day. Direct carrier interconnects depend on the chosen connectivity method but are prioritised to get you live quickly.
