Voice is critical infrastructure, so we treat it that way. Encryption, fraud prevention, resilience and continuous monitoring are built into the Aircom platform, not bolted on afterwards.
How we protect traffic
A layered approach to securing voice: confidentiality in transit, integrity of caller identity, resilience of the network and active defence against fraud. Every layer runs on the same monitored core.
Data protection
As a UK-registered carrier, Aircom processes personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We handle call detail records and customer information on the basis of data minimisation, purpose limitation and appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We believe in plain speaking about security. Aircom was incorporated in 2025, so rather than claim certifications we do not yet hold, we design and operate to recognised industry practice and align our controls with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001. Our practices mature as the business grows.
For full detail on what we collect, why, and the rights available to you, see our Privacy Policy.
Processing grounded in lawful bases, data minimisation and clear retention periods.
Controls designed in line with industry practice and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001. We do not claim certification we have not earned.
Call detail records and customer data are access-controlled and protected in transit and at rest.
What we collect and why is set out plainly in our Privacy Policy, with clear routes to exercise your rights.
Defence against voice fraud
Toll fraud and revenue-share abuse can move fast. Our controls are built to detect unusual activity early and contain it before it becomes a loss.
Per-customer and per-destination baselines make abnormal volumes, durations and call rates stand out as they happen.
Hard limits on spend, concurrent calls and high-risk destinations contain exposure before it escalates.
Sudden spikes to premium-rate or high-cost ranges trigger alerts and, where configured, automatic suspension of the affected traffic.
Routing and screening are informed by known fraud ranges and patterns, with hot-destination controls available on request.
Destinations can be allow-listed or blocked per account, so traffic only flows where it is expected to.
When suspected fraud is detected, our team acts to limit impact and works with you to investigate and restore clean service.
Controls and thresholds are configurable per account. Tell us your traffic profile and risk appetite, and we will tune the protections that fit.
